摘要
网络信息技术的发展使传统的图书馆工作发生了根本性的变化,虚拟参考咨询服务已成为图书馆建设的一个重要组成部分。高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的形式及其开展虚拟参考咨询服务所遇到的障碍,提出了加强高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务应采取的措施。
With the development of Modern network and information technologies, the services of traditional library have fundamentally changed, and now, the virtual reference service is an important composition part of modern library, In this paper, the form of virtual reference service and obstacle of developing it are analyzed at first, and then the measures on enhancing the virtual reference service of college and university library are proposed.
