摘要
认为图书馆作为非赢利性组织,虽然不存在竞争,但存在相对服务优势;在论述图书馆服务优势的外生论和内生论的基础上,提出图书馆的服务优势源于图书馆的知识,特别是隐性知识;在此基础上提出确立服务优势的具体实施策略,包括建立图书馆知识平台,让图书馆成为学习型组织,让知识参与分配以及构建图书馆知识管理体系等。
As a non-profitable organization, the library has no competition in the market, but has relative advantages in the service. In the process of analyzing 'resource of libraries', 'capacity of libraries' and 'knowledge of libraries', we consider that the advantage of library service comes from the knowledge of libraries, especially recessive knowledge. On the one hand, it provides theoretical support for the practice of advantage of service, which is based on knowledge. On the other hand, it lays the foundation for libraries to carry, out knowledge management.
