摘要
通过对邮政外部环境和内部条件的分析 ,运用 SWOT矩阵 ,提出了以邮政网络商业信息服务、邮局担保邮购和城区邮政物流配送中心为前导 ,以邮政电子商务为支撑 ,以数字邮政为目标的可阶段性实施的数字邮政战略。
Through analying the exterior environment and the interior conditions of China's Postal service with the help of SWOT matrix, this paper puts forward the Data Strategy that can be implemented by stages, with postal business information network service, assured mail order and urban postal delivery centres as its precursors; with postal E Business as its sustenance and data Post as its target. The paper concludes with a number of problems to be solved.
