摘要
通过入选"中国期刊方阵"和国内外重要检索工具收录数量以及期刊文献计量指标数值等对比分析表明:在全国高校学报和全国科技期刊中,黑龙江省高校自然科学学报整体处于中游偏上的学术地位,但学术影响较小;个体如《哈尔滨工业大学学报》学术地位位居上游,发挥较大的学术影响,在国外科技期刊界占有一席之地;不论整体和个体都存在差距。为克服差距,实现可持续发展,提出了若干可行的建议。
From the versus analysis of being selected in Chinese Journals Square Matrix and the important index tool acceptd number at home and abroard and also journals and documents metered target value,practice shows that,in the Chinese colleges and universities journals and scientific journals,Heilongjiang colleges and universities natural science journals massively plays an average to good academic state.But it has small effect.As an individual,th academic state of Journal of Habin Industrial and Technical Univesity lies in good state It has more bigger influnence and plays a very important role in the foreign scientific journal academy.Whether entirety or individual still has difference.This paper poses several feasible suggestions for conquering the difference and realizing the sustainable development.
