摘要
采用初生至180日龄的羔羊,分十个年龄组.每组公、母羔各3只.逐只取血.析出血清后,应用放射免疫法,测定血清中孕酮、睾酮及雌二醇含量.结果表明:公羔80日龄含睾酮1ng/ml以上,180龄为4ng/ml以上.母羔40～80日龄孕酮2～3ng/ml.初生公、母羔雌二醇含量平均为92pg和79.5pg,20日龄大幅度降低,160日龄后开始升高.
Kids from parturition to 180 days of age were divided into ten age groups, each consisted of three male and three female kids.Blood sample was taken from each kid. Progesterone,testosterone and estradiol levels in the serum were measured by radioimmunoassy after the serum had been seperfated out.The resuts indicated that the testosterone levels were more than 1ng/ml and 4ng/ml at the 80th and 180th day respectively in male kids. The female kids in 40—80 days of age had 2—3 ng/ml progesterone. The average estradiol leevels were 92pg/ml and 79.5pg,/ml in male and female kids respectively after parturition and decreasing sharply at the 20th day and increasing afte 160 days.
