摘要
随着热释电传感器应用的不断扩大,具有优异热释电性能的TOS系列晶体的研究日益引起重视.本文将从TGS系列晶体的生长、改性及应用等方面,对其国内外研究进展加以简要概述.
With spreading of the application of pyroelectric sensor, TGS family crystals with excellent pyroelectric properties are paid more attention. In this paper, we summarise the growth method, property modifying and application of TGS family crystals at home and abroad.
