摘要
研究了在TritonX 100存在下Hg(SCN)42- 与亮绿的显色反应条件,建立了一种吸光光度法测定微量汞的新方法,汞量在(0 5)μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律,方法已用于环境水中微量汞的测定,RSD为0.26%~1.39%,回收率为96.6%~100.2%.
In the presence of TritonX100,the coloring reaction conditions of Hg(SCN)_4^(2-) with splendent green have been studied,a new method of photometry for the determination of trace mercury has been established,and Beer`s law is obeyed in the range of 0~5μg/25mL of Hg concentration.The method has been applied to the determination of trace mercury in environmental water,RSD is in the range of 0.26%~1.39% and rate of recovery is in the range of 96.6%~100.2%.
