The Design of Multiple Output Linear DC Stabilized Voltage Supply Based on Advanced Integrated Circuits

摘要 简要概述了直流稳压电源种类及各自的优缺点。完整详尽地设计了基于固定式和可调式先进集成稳压电路的多规格固定输出和电压连续可调输出的直流供电电源。提出了利用PNP型功率晶体管来扩展集成电源器件输出电流的方法。该线性电源采用了双重过载保护电路和抗干扰技术,保证了系统的良好运行。经测试,该电源性能好、精度高、工作可靠,是多种电子设备的理想直流稳压电源。 Overviews briefly the merits and defects of varieties of direct current stabilized voltage power supplies. Completely designed one DC stabilized voltage supply at length which have multiple norm outputs and a voltage-adjustable output, and this supply bases on advanced fixed and adjustable integrated electrical circuits.Introduces a good way that capitalizes power transistors of PNP pattern to amplify output current. The linear power supply adopts double means to defend over load and puts technology that can resist electrical interferences to use, and this ensures the system running well. After test, the designed power supply performs well, works safely and has high precision, which is an ideal DC stabilized voltage supply for varieties of electrical devices.
