摘要
以总皂苷为指标 ,探讨了三七叶苷提取分离与纯化工艺条件。结果表明 ,乙醇体积分数为 80 % ,用量为药材质量的 10倍 ,回流时间为 1 5h ,乙醇洗脱体积分数为 70 %为佳 ,皂苷提取率 90 %。测定了AB 8树脂吸附容量为 10 4 8mg/g干树脂。
The routine assay of extraction and purification of total saponin from leaves of Panax notoginseng (Burk) F. H. Chen was selected using the total saponin as an index. The optimal parameters of extraction were that: adding 10 times quantities of 80% alcohol, refluxed for 1.5h; the extracting rate of total saponin was more than 90%. The purification process of total saponin with AB-8 resin was studied by taking adsorption ratio, ratio of elution. The results show that the good process of the saponin purification were 70% eluting alcohol concentration. The adsorption ratio was 104.8 mg. g -1 dried resin.
