摘要
分析了热电制冷器的制冷工作特性、变工况特性和变电压特性 ,同时分析了附加传热温差、焊缝电阻、杂散热交换、元件性能下降对热电制冷器性能的影响。提出了热电制冷器的工作电压范围。
The performance data of changing working conditionings mode and changing voltage and adjunctive heat transfer temperature difference and welded resistance and stray heat exchange and element ability step-down effect on the performance data of thermoelectric refrigerator are analyzed. Range of working voltage and connection between of working voltage invariableness cold end temperature is put forward.
