摘要
目的:探讨手指离断后不良心理状态对断指再植成活率的影响。方法:选择2001年6月-2003年6月在烟台山医院行断指再植术的男性患者96例,116指。根据SCL-90(症状自评量表)评分将患者分为不良心理状态组51例(60指)和对照组45例(56指),比较两组的断指再植成活率。结果:不良心理状态组断指再植成活率(75%)低于对照组(98.2%),(X2=28,P<0.01)。结论:患者不良心理状态可能对断指再植成活率有一定影响。
Objective: To study the relationship between emotional disorder and survival rate of replantation of amputated fingers. Methods: 96 male patients(116 fingers) with replantation of amputated fingers in our hospital from Jun 2001 to jun 2003.The cases were divided into two groups: the experimental group suffered with emotional disorder negitive psychological factors and the comparitive group without emotional disorder according to SCL-90 ,48 cases respectively and to compare their survival rates of replantation of amputated fingers statistically. Results: The survival rates of replantation of ampulated fingers of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the comparitive group, (x2=28, P<0.01). Conclusion: There was close relationship between emotional disorder and survival rate of replantation of amputated fingers.
