摘要
本文基于兖州矿务局鲍店煤矿一软岩大断面峒室的具体条件,提出了四种邻近开巷的卸压法方案,并借助有限元法对各种卸压法的机理、合理参数及适用条件进行了研究。在此基础上,将顶部卸压法实施于井下,详细介绍了其施工方案与爆破参数。最后,通过实测数据分析,论证了顶部卸压法维护峒室的效果。实践表明:顶部卸压法无论在技术上还是在经济上都优于加固法,它为软岩大断面峒室的维护开辟了一条新的途径。本文为今后顶部卸压法的实施提供了一套完整的实践经验。
Based on the specific condition of a large chamber in soft stratum in Baodian Coal Mine of Yanzhou Mining Administration, four kinds of destressing methods by driving adjacent opening were put forward; the mechanics ,reasonable parameters and practical condition of them were studied by means of FEM. On this basis ,the method of destressing at roof was put into effect underground. The construction schemes and blast parameters were presented in detail. Finally,the effectiveness of maintaining the chamber by the method of destressing at roof was verified through the analysis of field measurement data. The practice pointed out that the method of destressing at roof is superior to reinforcement methods in both technique and economics ,it has opened up a new way to maintain large chambers in soft stratum. This paper provided a complete set of practical experience for the implement of the destressing method at roof in future.
