摘要
企业并购是一项复杂且风险较大的业务,它是一个动态的企业合作竞争过程。当今企业竞争的特点是追求“双赢”,合作竞争已经成为企业发展战略的大趋势。本文对企业并购合作竞争进行了分析,同时指出了企业并购是一种动态合作竞争。
enterprise merger and acquisition is a complicated and risky business, which is also a dynamic cooperative competition process between enterprises. Today, the characteristic of the competition between enterprises is chasing 'win-win', so cooperative competition has become the main tendency of enterprise′s developing strategy. This paper analyses the cooperative competition in enterprise merger and acquisition, at the same time, it points out that enterprise merger and acquisition is a dynamic cooperative competition.
