摘要
高校专职学生工作人员相对不足,需要实行高校学生自我管理;现代科学管理理念主张以人为本,实行 学生自我管理可以实践这一理念;做好、做细高校学生管理工作,是实现学生自我管理的内在要求。
Because of the shortage of staff members engaging in students' work in university,students need to carry out self-control. Modern scientific management concept insists on humanorientation. The implementation of self-control can realize this concept. The well-done of students' management work is the inner demands of realizing students' self-control.
