摘要
在对上海市废弃混凝土的现状调查与分析的基础上,研究废弃混凝土块体破碎及筛分工艺,并对建议工艺生产的再生骨料进行基本性能试验研究及做经济性分析。结果表明,该再生骨料生产工艺基本能满足废弃混凝土的破碎与分级要求;再生骨料可满足配制中低强度等级再生混凝土的要求。
Studies are made on crushing and sieving technology of waste concrete block based on the investigation and analysis on the present situation of waste concrete in Shanghai and test research and economical analysis carried out on the fundamental performance of aggregates regenerated by proposed technology. The results show that this technology can basically satisfy the crushing and grading requirements of waste concrete while regenerated aggregates can meet the needs of recycling concrete of middle or low strength.
