摘要
高师为基础教育培养适应素质教育需要的师资 ,必须实施素质教育 ,深化教育改革 ,加强和改进德育工作 ,深化教学改革 ,加强教育实习和拓宽培养途径 ,加强教师、干部、管理队伍建设 ,完成培养具有良好政治素质、深厚广博文化素质 ,较强的创新能力、科研能力 。
In order to train qualified teachers to meet the needs of quality education for basic education,quality education must be carried out and education reform must be intensified in higher normal education.Moral education must be reinforced and improved.Teaching reform and teaching practice should be strengthened.More approaches of training need to be developed to train the teachers and education administrators.The objective of training teachers with better political consciousness,profound cultural knowledge,powerful creativity and scientific research ability,qualified professional skills and healthy psychological competence must be accomplicshed in higher normal education.
