大黄对糖尿病大鼠肾皮质和尿前列腺素及血栓素水平的影响 被引量:5

The Effects of Rheum Officinale on the Level of PGF1α and TXB2 in Renal Cortex and Urine in Diabetic Rats

摘要 目的:探讨大黄醇提物(R)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾皮质和尿6-酮前列腺素(PGF1α)和血栓素B(TXB2)水平的影响。方法:将糖尿病大鼠随机分为糖尿病组、糖尿病依那普利治疗组(依那普利用量为每日1mg/kg,作为阳性对照药)、糖尿病大黄醇提物治疗组(大黄醇提物用量为每日1g/kg),均灌胃给药治疗8周。观察治疗前后肾皮质和尿PGF1α、TXB2水平,肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,肾脏和尿脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果:R处理的DM大鼠,肾皮质和尿TXB2明显降低,二者比值(P/T)明显升高。肾脏SOD和CAT活性明显升高,肾脏和尿LPO含量明显下降。结论:R 在调整DM大鼠肾脏PGF1α和TXB2平衡中可能起一定的作用。 Objective:To explore the effects of Rheum Officinale on the level of PGF1α and TXB2 in renal cortex and urine in diabetic rats. Methods:Diabetic rats samples were randomly divided into 3 groups:diabetes group, diabetes group administered enalapril as the positive control group (the enalapril effective concentration was 1mg/kg) and diabetes group administered Rheum Officinale (the content of Rheum Officinale was 1g/kg). All samples were administrated for eight weeks. The level of PGF1α and TXB2 in renal cortex and urine, SOD and CAT activities and LPO content in kidney and urine were examined after treatment comparison with control. Results:The level of TXB2 in renal cortex and urine was distinctly decreased, while P/T was markedly increased after the diabetic rats were treated with Rheum Officinale. The activities of SOD and CAT were significantly elevated, but LPO content in kidney and urine was markedly lowered. Conclusion:The study suggests Rheum Officinale may contribute to regulate the equilibrium between PGF1α and TXB2 in diabetic rats.
