摘要
本文研究了新显色剂二溴邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与Zn(Ⅱ)的显色反应.结果表明:在TritonX-100存在下,于pH10.5的Na_2B_4O_7—NaOH缓冲介质中,试剂与Zn(Ⅱ)生成稳定的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长在530nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.94×10~5.锌量在0~8μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.干扰离子采用阴离子交换树脂分离,用于铝合金中微量锌的测定,结果令人满意.
The color reaction of dibromo-o-carboxybenzenediazoaminoazobeazene ( DB-o-CDAA ) with zinc ( Ⅱ ) has been studied. In the presence of Triton X-100 and at pH 10.5 borax buffer solution,Zn forms a stable red complex with the reagent. The complex of zinc(Ⅱ)has maximum absorption at 530am and the molar absorptivity is 1.94×108. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-8ug Zn( Ⅱ ) per 25 ml. The interfering ions are separated by anionic exchange resin. The method has been used to determine trace Zn in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
