摘要
根据毕业环节的作用及教学特点 ,提出指导教师要充分利用该环节的优势 ,以对学生的素质训练和能力培养为目的 ,加强对学生的独立工作能力、创新能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力及组织协调能力的培养 。
According to the function of graduation link and the features of teaching, the paper points out that teachers should take full advantage of the graduation link for the purpose of promoting the students' quality and their abilities cultivation so as to strengthen the students' independency, creativity, and their abilities of analyzing and solving problems as well as coordinating and organizing. Moreover, some suggestions are put forward as to the organization and management in the link.
