本文记述四川螽斯二新种,二卤草螽Conocephalus bidentatus sp.nov.宽板吟螽Phlugiolopsis platycata sp.nov.模式标本均保存于陕西师范大学动物研究所.
The paper described two new species of katydids from Sichuan (Orthoptera: Tettigonioidea) , Phlugiolopsis platycata sp. nov. , Conocephalus bidentatus sp. nov. , All types deposited in Zoological Institute of Shanxi Normal University.Phlugiolopsis platycata sp. nov. (Figs. 1 - 5)This new species differs from the known species of the genus Phlugiolopsis in: 1) Male tenth abdominal tergite enlarged (fig. 4) ; 2) Male cercus shorter, concealed under tenth abdominal tergite.Female unknown.Body length ♂ 9. 5mm; Pronotal length ♂ 3. 8mm; Forewing ♂ 1. 2mm; Hind femoral length♂ 10. 5mm.Holotype ♂ , Mt. Emei Sichuan, July 31. 1992, Collected by Shi Fuming.Conocephalus bidentatus sp. nov. (Figs. 6-10)This new species is allied to C. sulcifrontis Xia et Liu, but differs in: 1) Prosterum with 2 spines; 2) Mid femora with 2 externoventral spines; 3) Forewing reaching the end of hind femora; 4) Male subgenital plate with slen derstyli.Female unknown.Body length ♂ 14. 0mm; Pronotal length ♂ 3. 5mm; Fore-wing ♂ 14. 5mm; Hind femoral length ♂ 12. 5mm.Holotype ♂ , Mt. Jinyun, Sichuan, August 7,1993,the collector: Shi Fuming.
