湖北鸭儿湖表层沉积物与鱼体中Hg质量比的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用固 /液 Hg自动分析仪 ,对采自湖北鸭儿湖氧化塘的鲢鱼、鳙鱼及表层沉积物 (0~ 2 0 cm)中 Hg质量比进行了检测。 1998年采集的畸形鲢鱼鱼肉中 Hg的平均质量比为 (1.72 3± 0 .92 6) mg/ kg(n =5 ) ,分别是美国 FDA人体健康影响标准 (1.0 mg/ kg)和我国食品卫生标准 (0 .3 mg/ kg)的 3 .2倍和 10 .6倍 ,超标率均达 10 0 % ;2 0 0 2年采集的畸形鲢鱼、畸形鳙鱼鱼肉中 Hg的平均质量比分别为(0 .5 72± 0 .118) mg/ kg(n=10 )和 (0 .73 9± 0 .118) mg/ kg(n=10 ) ,是我国 Hg食品卫生标准的 1.9倍和 2 .5倍 ,超标率达 10 0 %。沉积物中 Hg的平均质量比为 5 .0 8mg/ kg。两年采集的鸭儿湖氧化塘鱼肉、表层沉积物中总 Hg质量比的分析和比较表明 ,表层沉积物中 Hg质量比与鱼体内 Hg质量比呈明显的正相关性 (R =0 .95 9)。研究结果表明 ,污水养鱼中 Hg通过食物链所导致的食品安全问题应引起人们高度关注。 The present paper aims to introduce the authors' investigation of the correlation between mercury concentration on the surface sediment and the fish muscle in Ya-Er Lake, Hubei. For the period between 1998 and 2002 the authors of this research have collected samples of Silver carp (Hypophthalmic hthys molitrtix), big head carp (Aristichthys nobilis) and surface sediments (020 cm) in the oxidation ponds of Ya-Er Lake. As a result of consistent observation and systematic analysis, the content of Hg was determined with AMA 254-Automatic solid/liquid Hg Analyzer (Milestone Inc. Italy) with a detected limit of 0.01 ng. The levels of Hg in crazy silver carp (n=5) sampled in 1998 are all over those described by Human Health Effect Standard of FDA (HHES) and Food and Health Standard of China (FHSC) with a mean concentration of (1.723±0.926) mg/kg. It is actually 3.2 times and even 10.6 times respectively the value of HHES and FHSC. It also proves to be (0.572±0.118) mg/kg (n=10) and (0.739±0.118) mg/kg (n=10), which are 1.9 times and 2.5 times the value of FHSC, found in crazy silver carp and crazy big head carp sampled in 2002, respectively. The Hg concentration in the sediment sampled in 2002 was detected as 5.08 mg/kg. A correlation between the content of Hg in the surface sediment and that in fish is observed (R=0.959). The results suggest that more attention should be paid to the food contamination by Hg which can be transferred from the fish in polluted water to human bodies through the food chain.
