摘要
研究硫酸铝渣和硫铁矿烧渣制聚硅酸硫酸铁的工艺流程及其主要参数。提取硫酸铝渣中的 Si O2 得到 Na2 Si O3溶液 ,提取硫铁矿烧渣中铁得到 Fe SO4 结晶。用 Fe SO4 结晶制备聚合硫酸铁。用含3 .5 % Si O2 的 Na2 Si O3溶液 ,控制 p H=4.0 ,制得聚硅酸 ,将聚合硫酸铁加入聚硅酸制得聚硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂。红外光谱分析表明 ,聚硅酸硫酸铁结合了 SO2 - 4。检测了聚硅酸硫酸铁对模拟浊水和垃圾填埋场渗滤液的絮凝效果 ,用铁和硅物质的量比为 0 .5、用量 0 .5 m L/L 的聚硅酸硫酸铁 ,处理模拟浊水 ,除浊率可达 90 %以上。用铁和硅物质的量比为 1.5、用量 4.0 m L/L的聚硅酸硫酸铁处理垃圾填埋场渗滤液生化处理尾水 ,CODCr去除率可达 60 %。
The given paper aims to introduce the author's new method on preparing polyiron silicate sulfate flocculants from bauxite sludge and pyrite cinder polyiron silicate sulfate flocculants (PFSS). The paper also describes the technical approach and conditions of the PFSS preparation. When the polysilicic acid was made from Na_2SiO_3 solution from bauxite sludge and the polyiron sulphate was made from FeSO_4·7H_2O from pyrite cinder, it would be easier to prepare PFSS by adding polyiron sulphate to polysilicic acid. The PFSS that was made can be applied to treat simulating turbid water, whose removing rate of turbidity can be as high as above 90% by adding 0.5 mL/L PFSS of molar ratio 0.5 of Fe and SiO_2. When the PFSS was used to the landfill leachate through anaerobic and aerobic processes, its removing rate can reach 60% by adding 4.0 mL/L PFSS of molar ratio 0.5 of Fe and SiO_2.
