摘要
本文研究我国参考咨询服务的起源、发展变化和数字参考服务兴起的历程 ,并探讨面对参考服务数字化趋势的必然 ,我国图书馆发展数字参考咨询服务的问题和对策。
This article discusses the development of reference services in China.Its history,changes,digital,the trends in reference services are discussed.
