摘要
面对激烈竞争的人才市场.高师生教学能力的高低被视为衡量师资人才的重要标准。而作为培养教学能力 的重要途径--教育实践课,适应人才市场的需求应发生相应的变化。鉴于体育师资培育的特殊性,笔者从体育师 资培育现状分析入手,对体育院校教育实践课进行剖析及前瞻,并提出一些改进体育院校教育实践课的对策,为培 育优秀的体育教师贡献出自己的一份微薄力量。
In the face of severe competition of human resource market, the level of students' teaching ability in normal colleges and universities is regarded as an important standard for evaluating talents of teachers' resources. As an important means of cultivating teaching ability, lessons of educational practice must change accordingly to adapt to the demand of the human resource market. In respect of the specialty of fostering teachers of physical education,the authors set out to analyze the current situation of fostering P. E. teachers,to take a close look at the lessons of educational practice in colleges of physical education and try to make predictions for its future. Meanwhile some measures to improve lessons of educational practice are put forward, which may hopefully contribute to the cultivation of excellent P. E. teachers.
