The Evaluation of the Peer Education on HIV/AIDS Among Senior High School Students in Shanghai

摘要 目的 探讨同伴教育方式在上海市高中学生中开展预防艾滋病的适宜性和可行性 ,以探寻适合高中学生预防艾滋病的健康教育方法。方法  2 0 0 2年 4~ 9月选择上海市 1 0所高中以及职业学校学生 976名进行预防艾滋病的同伴教育 ,在 6个模块的预防艾滋病相关的健康教育中实施过程评价。结果 有 95 .7%的学生明确表示喜欢同伴教育的方式。在各个模块中 ,教学质量的评分都在 4分以上 (5分制 ) ,第 1模块艾滋病和第 3模块自我保护的教学质量评分最高都达到 4 .40分 ,第 1模块艾滋病和第 5模块自尊自爱责任感的内容适宜程度评分最高 ,达到 4 .33分。结论 在高中开展预防艾滋病的同伴教育方式普遍受到学生欢迎 ;用同伴教育的方法进行艾滋病预防值得在中学中进一步推广。 Objective To discuss the suitability and feasibility of conducting peer education on HIV/AIDS among senior high school students in Shanghai in order to find the educational methods suitable for senior high school students. Methods Peer education was conducted on HIV/AIDS among 976 senior high school students selected from 10 schools from April to September 2002, and 6 models of HIV/AIDS prevention education were used in the evaluation process. Results 95.7% of the students positively expressed their favor to the method of the peer education. In each model, the educational quality mark was beyond 4 points (the full mark is 5 points). The highest educational quality mark reached 4.40 in both the first model HIV/AIDS and the third model Self-protection, and as for the highest mark in Suitability of Content, the first model HIV/AIDS and the fifth model Self-esteem, Self-love and Sense of Responsibility reached 4.33. Conclusion Peer education on HIV/AIDS prevention among senior high schools is popular among students, and peer education is worth further popularization.
