摘要
采用普通的分光光度法,在特定的实验条件下,研究了萝卜红色素在不同pH值的缓冲溶液中的吸光度.利用 图解法求出萝卜红色素的离解常数pKa=6.98±0.02,取得了满意的结果,为萝卜红色素的开发、利用提供了实验依据.
In this paper the absorbance of radish red pigment following the different pH in the buffer solution is studied by using the spectrophotometry under the given experimental conditions. The results obtained by using graphic method show that the dissociation constant of radish red pigment (pKa) is 6.98±0.02. The results are very useful for further practical application and exploration of radish red pigment.
