摘要
湖南省株洲电厂、耒阳电厂正在扩建 2台 W型锅炉。由于煤种复杂 ,且无烟煤属劣质无烟煤 ,而 W型锅炉在我国的使用情况有所不同 ,其燃尽效果大都未臻满意 ,而国内尚无 W型锅炉长期燃用 Vdaf<1 0 %的无烟煤的经验 ,因此有必要对我国 W型锅炉的设备特点、运行性能及存在的问题进行全面分析和研究。
Two double-arch boilers with w-shaped flame are under constructing in Zhuzhou and Leiyang Power Plants in Hunan Province. Because the coal rank in Hunan Province is complex, and the anthracite coal is low in grade, and the application of double-arch boiler with w-shaped flame is quite different, the combustion efficiency was not very satisfactory. Now poor grade anthracite is not used permanently in double-arch boiler with w-shaped flame. So it is necessary to investigate the technological characteristic,performance and issues of the double-arch boiler with w-shaped flame.
