摘要
目的 为了解市售牙膏的卫生质量。方法 采用原子吸收仪和氟电极测定了市售 30种牙膏中铅、镉、汞、砷和游离氟的含量。结果 铅、砷含量符合标准 ;含氟牙膏中 11.1%样品达到标准 ;30种牙膏中检测出镉 ,镉含量为 0 .192～ 2 .0 32 m g/ kg,2 8种牙膏检出汞 ,含量为 3.5 8～ 5 0 7.83μg/ kg。结论 含氟牙膏卫生质量需加强监督 ;刷牙过程中误吞牙膏是儿童摄入重金属的途径之一。
Objective The sanitation quality of toothpastes was investigated.Methods The contents of Pb,Cd,Hg,as and dissociate fluoride in 30 kinds of toothpastes in Wuhan market were measured with atomic absorption spectrophotometer and fluoride-specific electrode.Results The amount of dissociate fluoride in fluoride toothpastes were between 18.14 and 180.51 mg/kg,the average content of Cd and Hg in toothpaste were 1.04 mg/kg and 32.16 μg/kg.Conclusion The quality control of Cd and Hg in toothpastes with dissociate fluoride has to be promoted.One of the routes of the over-intake of heavy metal is through tooth-brushing of children.
