摘要
报道了淀粉接枝磺甲基化聚丙烯酰胺共聚物(S-g-SPAM)的合成及其在钻井泥浆中的应用性能。泥浆试验表明,该产品用于淡水、4%盐水和饱和盐水泥浆时,在常温或150℃下均有很好的降失水效果,并具有良好的抗钙污染能力。同样加量下,S-g-SPAM的降失水性能优于羧甲基淀粉(CMS)。
The starch-sulfomethylated polyacrylamide graft copolymer(S-g-SPAM)is prepared by graft copolymetization of acrylamide onto starch and sulfomethylation of the graft product(S-g-PAM)with formalin and sodium bisulfite and is identified by the IR-spectra of S-g-PAM and S-g-SPAM.The TG and DTG data indicate high thermal stability of S-g-SPAM.The grafted polyacrylamide branches are of M.W. ~1×10~6.In laboratory experiments, 0.5% S-g-SPAM(sample No2) significantly reduces the filtrate loss of fresh water bentonite mud both before aad after 12h-thermal treatment at 150℃ in static state.This S-g-SPAM sample is also effectiTe in 4% and saturated salt muds, particularly in calcium containing such salt muds, at higher use level.This laboratory S-g-SPAM sample is superior to a commercial CMS sample as filtrate-loss controller for drilling mud.
