摘要
目的 探讨手部甲根部血管球瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 分析４例甲根部血管球瘤的发病过程及治疗结果；所有病例均进行肿瘤切除及病理证实。结果 ４例术后获得随访０．５～２年，均未见复发及转移。结论 甲根部血管球瘤位置深在，容易误诊。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor at the nail root of the finger. Methods The course and therapeutic outcome of four glomus tumors at the nail root were analysed. All tumors were resected and confirmed by histology examination. Results No recurrences and metastasis were observed with following up from half a year to two years. Conclusion The diagnosis of glomus tumor at the nail root of finger is easily mistakened for its deep location.
