摘要
利用漆酶与介体构成漆酶 /介体 (Laccase/MediatorSystem ,LMS)系统对尾叶桉硫酸盐浆进行生物漂白 ,探索生物处理最佳条件。并对两种不同硬度的纸浆进行漂白 ,结果表明 ,经L/MQP漂白后 ,常规硫酸盐浆的白度可达 81 7%ISO ,氧脱木素后低硬度的纸浆白度可达
Laccase in the presence of NHA was used in biobleaching of E.urophylla kraft pulp. It was found that the optimum conditions for laccase mediator system treatment were: pH 5.0,temperature 50℃,reaction time 2 h,the charge of laccase 2.5U/g pulp,NHA 0.01g/g and oxygen pressure 0.3MPa respectively. High kappa CK pulp and low kappa O EMCC pulp were delignified with LMS and bleached with hydrogen peroxide. The result shows that CK pulp and O EMCC pulp can be bleached to 81.7%ISO and 87%ISO brightness respectively by L/MQP sequence.
