摘要
目的 :用猪血清复制大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型 ,并观察中药复方制剂汉丹肝乐对免疫性肝纤维化大鼠一氧化氮产生的影响。方法 :用比色法测一氧化氮含量 ,用酶法测一氧化氮合成酶活性。结果 :汉丹肝乐中剂量和高剂量能显著降低血清中一氧化氮的含量 ,降低肝和食道下段组织中一氧化氮合成酶的活性。结论
Objective:An experimental liver fibrosis was induced by injection of porcine serum (0 5?ml, twice a week for 12 weeks)in rats, and actions of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Han-Dan-Gan-Le on nitric oxide production were investigated.Methods: The content of nitric oxide was measured by chromometry. The activity of nitric oxide contents in serum was analysed by enzyme method. Results:HDGL could markedly decrease nitric oxide contents in serum and inhibit nitric oxide synthase in the liver and the lower part of esophagus. Conclusion: The action of HDGL in the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis is in connection with the inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis.
