摘要
本文通过调查研究，认为当前影响我国普通高校高水平运动队办队质量的主要因素体现在法律法规不健全、生源质量差、训练经费严重不足、教练员专业化程度不高、无健全的科学训练体系、学训矛盾突出等六个方面，并提出了相应的改革对策与建议。
Through investigation and study, in this report we regard the present main factors which influence the quality of high level sports teams in our country’s common colleges as follows unsound law and regulation, students of poor quality, serious insufficiency to training funds, lowly specialized coaches, unsound scientific training system, outstanding contradiction between studying and training and so on.
