摘要
通过查阅文献资料和问卷调查 ,同时实地调查和咨询数据库专家 ,确定了“全国体育系统中文体育图书联合书目数据库”(China Joint Sports Catalogue,以下简称 CJSC)项目的实施方案。 CJSC建设采用“统一规范、分散加工、集中建库”的运作模式。建库原则主要有 :标准规范原则、协作共建原则、1条书目记录原则、共知共享原则、特色原则。此项工程把 46个单位馆藏的中文体育图书进行收集、整理、查重和著录 ,完成了全国体育系统中文体育图书数据库的建设。为使 CJSC项目发挥更大的效用 。
By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and on site investigation and consultation with experts, the working group established an implementing plan of database of Chinese joint sports catalogue. An operation model of 'unified norm, dispersing processing and centralized construction' was adopted. The main principles of database were standard norm, coordination, one bibliography record, sharing a common resource and specificity. The books stored in 46 colleges or research institutes were collected, checked and catalogued. In order to bring the function of CJSC into fully play, it is suggested to set up the center of national sports literature and database in Beijing University of physical education.
