摘要
我国高等学校体育素质教育的内容体系主要由 3个层面 8种不同类别素质教育所组成。生理层面素质教育指的是身体素质教育 ,心理层面素质教育即体育心理素质教育 ,社会层面素质教育则涵盖体育思想、体育道德、体育文化、体育能力、体育审美与体育行为等 6类素质教育。该体系在指导思想上体现出全体性、全面性和主体性 ;在产生机制上具有客观性和时代性 ;在内容组成上反映出继承性与创新性 ;在功能特征上具有特殊性与拓展性 ;在内容构架上则体现出系统性与动态性。
The teaching contents system for students' physical education quality in colleges and universities in China are composed of eight kinds of qualities at three levels. The quality education at the physical level refers to physical quality education, that at the psychological level refers to mental quality education, and that at the social level includes six kinds of quality education that are the philosophy, morality, civilization, physical abilities, aesthetics, and physical behaviors. This teaching contents system shows features of comprehensiveness and subjectiveness in guiding principle, objectiveness and today's characteristics in mechanism, inheritance and creativity in contents, particularity and expansibility in function, and systematic and dynamic characteristics in content structure.
