摘要
利用最优化实验,获得了最佳萃取和干燥条件:以溶剂汽油为萃取剂对冻胶丝进行多次萃取和5%限制收缩干燥.以扫描电子显微镜、声速测定仪、X—射线衍射仪和 DSC 分析对萃取和干燥处理后冻胶丝的结构进行了研究.结果表明萃取和干燥处理后冻胶丝收缩导致其结构的变化,冻胶丝的密度、非结晶区大分子的取向随萃取次数的增加而提高,结晶度则随之下降.经最佳萃取和干燥处理之后冻胶丝的超拉伸性得到改善.
In order to improve ultra-drawing behavior of UHMW-PE gel fibers,this paper deals with thestructure of extracted and dried UHMW-PE gel fibers by some test methods(scanning electron micro-graphs,sonic velocity method,X-ray diffraction and DSC analysis).After extraction and dry,theshrinkage of gel fibers leads to structure change.The density of gel network,degree of molecular ori-entation in non-crystalline region follow the increase of extraction times,meanwhile the crystallinityfalls.The ultra-drawability of UHMW-PE gel fibers is improved by optimum experiment.
