摘要
本文阐述了我国中药知识产权保护中行政保护与法律保护并存的现状，简要讨论了该保护状态对药事企业和科研人员所产生的影响。
The status quo of the protection of TCM intellectual property by both judicial and administrative way in China and its effecfs on TCM industry and research institutions as well as researchers are discussed in this paper.
