摘要
本文从多学科的角度来探讨手榴弹“引弹”动作的机制,阐释了“引弹”动作是人体与手榴弹两次相对运动的运动学原理,并运用解剖学的有关知识来说明肌肉工作和各环节运动对“引弹”技术的影响,强调要充分利用运动知觉来判断器械感正确与否。同时,还对该动作的教学方法、错误动作形成原因、纠正方法等进行了科学的论述。
This paper studied the starting skill mechanism of grenade throwing, explains the movement principle ol the starting skill. The starting skill is affected by the work of muscles and the links of movement. Consciousness of movement must be used to judge whether the grenade is in right Position. Then narrates scientifically the pedagogy of the skills, cause of false skills and the ways of rectifying false skills.
