用SPF值(防晒指数)法评价防晒剂防晒效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用美国SPF值(防晒指数)法对广东中山某精细化工有限公司提供的系列防晒剂进行防晒效果观察。结果表明:在以新西兰家兔为受试对象的实验中发现,液体型2#防晒剂的SPF值与进口产品较接近,均属中等保护范围;泡沫型和液体型1#的SPF值较低,属最小保护范围。对志愿受试者进行观察后见除泡沫型1#的SPF值较小,属最小保护范围外,其它各受试产品均属最大保护范围,SPF值分布范围为8.28~14.8。此外,对泡沫型3#进行耐水性能的实验结果显示,该产品泡水前后的SPF值较接近且同属最大保护范围,据此认为其耐水性能良好。 The effects of sun protection agents from zhongshan elab- orating chemical limited company,Guangdong Province were evaluated by means of the method of Sun Protection Factor (SPF) which was promulgated by Foods and Drugs Adminis- tration of America in 1978. The results from animal (New Zealand Rabbits) experiment indicated that the SPF of the No. 2 liquid agent was similar to the agents from The ICI Company of America,which belonged to the moderate protec- tion range;SPF in the No. l liquid agent and the foam agent belonged to the smallest protection range. The results from the volunteers showed that the SPF of all agents (8.28~14. 8) were within the largest protection range except the No. l foam agent which was in the smallest range (3. 63). In addi- tion. we found that no matter when the anti-water experiment was conducted (before or after or after soaking in water),the SPF of the No. 3 foam agent were very close and reached the largest protection range. Therefore,the No. 3 foam agent was considered as a good quality in anti-water.
