摘要 油水井套管损坏的原因比较复杂,是目前国内外油田开发中亟待解决的实际问题之一。本文从葡萄花油田北部地区油水井套管损坏的实际资料出发,从地质开发及油田管理方面进行了初步探讨。地层压力差异是断层两侧套管损坏的主要因素;水井“土豆”层及薄差层注入水窜入上下泥岩是造成水井套管损坏的原因之一。为了减缓油水井套管损坏速度,在油田日常管理中采取相应措施,初步见到了效果。 ABSTRACT The complicated causes for casing damage in production & injection wells are one of the practical problems demanding prompt solution during oilfield dev- elopment both at home and abroad at the present time. Based on the actual data of casing damage in production & injection wells in northern Putaobua Oilfield causes for casing damage are preliminarily studied in the respect of geology, oilfield development and oilfield management. Difference in formation pressure is the main cause for casing damage in the wells located on the two sides of a fault, channelling of injecied water from lens type layers and poorer thin layers into the shales above and below is one of the causes for casing damage in inje cticn wells. The corresponding measures laken in the routine managemen t of the oifield, so as to reduce the rale of casing damage in producticn and injection wells, have given pielminery results.
