摘要
对新研制的精密机床主轴轴承预紧力控制器的性能、力学强度及动态特性进行了理论分析,并对其控制性能及压力传递介质——液性塑料的物化性能进行了实验研究。理论分析与实验结果吻合良好。应用在明该控制器具有良好的控制性能,并获得国家发明专利。
The control performance,mechanics strength and dynamic behaviour of a new-type bearing preload controller for precision machine tool spindles are analysed theoretically and the experiments of the control performance and the physical and chemical properties of the liquid plastics are carried out in the paper.The results show that the controller possesses good performance even in production applications.This innovation owns national letters patent.
