无领导小组讨论技术实施中的信度与效度问题研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过来自湖北省省直机关1997年公务员考试中的7个单位的127名被试,研究无领导小组讨论(LGD)的论题、评分标准、实施程序的统一制定,分单位独立实施。7个评分小组(每组9个评委)中评分者信度的W系数在0.42到0.71之间,表明在总体上评分者间有较高一致性,但也存在着一定的差异。LGD成绩与个体面试成绩、命题演讲成绩、面试总分之间具有较高的相关系数。 In May 1997, 127 candidates,who came from 7 units in Hubei provincial council servant recruiting test, were selected as Ss in this research.The raters' Kendall' concordance coefficients W range was from 0.42 to 0.71,which means that correlation was relatively high among raters.The result of ONEWAY-ANOVA and Student-Newman-keuls test indicated that there was deviation among raters,since some raters usually significantly differentiate from others.There were high correlation coefficients between LGD socre and the performance of individual interview, speech on a given topic,and total score of interview,respectively.
