摘要
我国弱磁性铁矿以组成矿物的微细粒嵌布为其主要特征,采用常规的分选方法往往难以获得令人满意的选别指标。本文介绍一种弱磁性铁矿石分选的新工艺——复合聚团分选法。该工艺用于分选几种不同类型的弱磁性铁矿石(假象赤铁矿型,褐铁矿型及菱铁矿型等),均获得较好的实验室试验结果。表明复合聚团分选法有较强适应性,能有效地分选微细粒嵌布弱磁性铁矿石,具有良好的工业应用前景。
Weakly magnetie iron ores in China are commonly characterized by fine dissemination of their component minerals, It is difficult to acheive a satisfactory result in the beneficiation of such ores by using the ordinary concentration methods. In this paper, a new technique for the weakly magnetic iron ore beneficiation -combined aggregation separation is described. Much improved results have been gained for various types
of weakly magnetic iron ores, e · g · martite type, limonite type and siderite type, by using the new technique. It shows that combined aggregation separation is widely applicable and effective for the beneficiation of fine and ultrafine disseminated weakly magnetic iron ores, therefore, has a strong potentiality for commercial application
