摘要
本试验采用正交试验法，分析了尾叶桉APMP二段化学预处理过程中影响纸浆白度的因素，结果认为，第二段H2O2的用量是影响纸浆白度的最主要因素，在本试验条件下，第二段用3％H2O2处理，所制得浆白度可达62％ISO。而螯合处理温度，助剂，第一段的H2O2用量，第二段的处理温度对纸浆白度都有较大影响。
Two-stage chemical pre-treatment of eucalyptus europhylla APMP was studied for factors affecting pulp brightness. Experimental results indicated that the H2O2 charge in the 2nd stage was the controlling factor for final pulp brightness. A 62%ISO brightness pulp can be resulted with 3% H2O2 addition at the2nd pretreatment stage with other operating conditions being kept constant. It should be pointed out thatchelating agent addition, distribution of H2O2 charge in the two pretreatment stages, operating temperatures,alkalinity and others also tend to affect the final pulp brightness.
