摘要
目的 考察时间因素对蜡质骨架缓释片的影响,为蜡质类骨架缓释片的研制和生产提供参考依据。方法 通过对水溶性药物碘化钾缓释片的研制,考察时间因素对释药性质影响,用方差分析来处理释放度结果。结果 发现蜡质类骨架缓释片生产过程存在一个固化过程,固化时间的控制明显影响释药曲线的重现性。结论 研制和生产蜡质类骨架缓释片时,应考察时间因素的影响,特别是对压片时机的掌握,能明显出现批次之间差异。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of the time factor on the dissolution of the wax framework sustained-released tablets, and to provide reference for the research or manufacture of wax framework sustained-released tablets. METHODS Through studying the water-soluble medicine sustained-released potassium iodine tablets, we investigated the influence of the time factor on the release of the medicine. The results were evaluated by analysis of variance. RESULTS We discovered the wax framework sustained-released tablets had a solidifying process, and controlling the time of solidifying process can affect the re-appearance of the release of the medicine. CONCLUSIONS When studying or manufacturing the wax framework sustained-released tablets, the influence of the time factor should be considered. Controlling the pressing of a tablet can obviously avoid the difference between different batches.
