摘要
目的 研究复方海螵蛸片的制备工艺、质量标准及临床应用。方法 部分药材煎煮浓缩、部分粉碎混合压片,建立质量控制方法,观察对慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的疗效。结果 该制剂制备工艺可行,质量控制合理;治疗组(242例)对消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎总有效率为96.2％、93.8％,对照组(225例)对消化性溃疡。慢性胃炎总有效率为74.7％、82.0％(P<0.01)。结论 该制剂质量易控,疗效可靠,服用方便。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the compound cuttlebone tablets, establish a quality control standard and observe the clinical application. METHODS The boiled and concentrated part of the medicinal materials and comminuted part were mixed and pressed into tablets. We established a quality control standard and observed the clinical therapeutic effects ton chronic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer. RESULTS The preparation of the product was feasible and quality control was reasonable. For gastric and duodenal ulcer and chronic gastritis, the total effective rates in the treatment group (242 cases) were 96. 2% and 93. 8% respectively, while those of the control group (225 cases) were 74. 7% and 82. 0% (P<0. 01). CONCLUSIONS The preparation has easy quality control, reliable curative effect, and easy administration.
