N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠的开发研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用碳酸钾做中和剂 ,四氢呋喃 -水做溶剂合成N 月桂酰肌氨酸钠 ,收率由 85 %提高到94.2 % ,产品质量分数由 85 %提高到 98.8%。对合成后的N 月桂酰肌氨酸钠用MS、IR和1 H NMR作了表征。 Using potassium carbonate for neutralization and THF as solvent sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate was synthesized with better yield and purity. The yield of N-lauroyl sarcosinate was 94.2% while that of common procedure was about 85%, and its purity was 98.8%. The structure of sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate was characterized by MS, IR and HNMR. The results in pilot plant are essentially uniform with the experimental results in laboratory.
