摘要
本研究采用时间序例自回归模型建模的方法对35例主动脉瓣区收缩期杂音频率作了功率谱分析,并以导管、手术及多普勒超声检查对12例患者作自身对照研究。发现功率谱的R值和主峰频率能较好地半定量预测主动脉瓣狭窄。本法也可为心导管检查筛选病例和对不宜行导管检查的老年性主动脉瓣钙化患者进行病情随访。
<ABSTRACT>
This study of 35 patients was designed to analyse the computerized
spectra of the systolic murmur at aortic valve area by using autoregre-
ssive model. The results were compared with the finding of cardiac
catheterization, open heart surgery and Doppler echocardiography in 12
patients. It was found aortic stenosis was well evaluated semi-guantiv-
ely by the ratio of spectrum content R and the spectrum main peak. In
addition, this method could help to select aortic stenosis patients who
should have a cardiac catheterization for pre-surgery evaluation and it
could be also used for follow-up of senile calcification of aortic valve
to whom cardiac catheterization was contraindicated.
