摘要
田菁的花蜜腺位于雄蕊和子房之间的花托上 ,表面呈规则的条形突起 ,属于花托蜜腺。蜜腺由分泌表皮和泌蜜组织组成 ,不含维管束。分泌表皮为一层长方形细胞 ,表皮上有少量的气孔器 ,孔下室较小 ,泌蜜组织为多层小的多边形细胞。蜜腺由花托表皮及其内侧的细胞发育而来 ,在发育过程中 ,蜜腺细胞中的液泡以及淀粉和蛋白质均呈现出规律性的变化。原蜜由蜜腺相邻的花托维管束提供 ,经过蜜腺细胞加工成蜜汁后 。
