摘要
本试验对田间生长的鲁白 8号大白菜 (BrassicacampestrisL ssp pekinensis (Lour)Olsson)光合作用的光合效率及其日变化进行了研究。结果表明 ,在大白菜幼苗期和结球初期 ,叶片的光合速率 (Pn)、光合效率(AQY)、光系统Ⅱ的光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)中午后明显降低 ,这表明大白菜各生长时期都存在光合作用的光抑制现象 ,苗期因光照强、温度高 。
In seedling stage and early heading stage,diurnal variation of photosythtetic efficiency and photoinhibition of photosynthesis in Chinese cabbage leaves was investigated with Lubai No 8 〔 Brassica campestris L ssp. Pekinensis (Lour) Olsson〕 under field conditions The results showed that reductions in Pn、Fv/Fm and AQY during midday high light stress were obvious This showed that there was a phenomenon of photoinhibition in photosynthesis of Chinese cabbage,because light intensity and temperatune was higher,and that the level of photoinhibition in seedling stage was larger than that in early heading stage
